Job Description
The Inbound Business Development Role will engage with customers and leads through inbound channels. The BDR will secure/place orders, make outbound calls (in response to inquiries coming into the system), identify correct contacts, qualify incoming leads, and route to correct departments for follow-up.
Qualify incoming leads and route accordingly
Receive incoming calls and route them appropriately
Secure and place incoming orders
Cross-sell and Upsell to inbound clients
Deliver pricing and delivery times to customers for stock products
Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders from existing customers
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
Effectively communicate and present the RRD value proposition to customers and incoming leads
Work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Successfully identify the correct contacts and maintain excellent data hygiene
Develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and client-facing
Achieve sales and contact quotas, or any other metrics, as defined by specific initiatives
Act as an ambassador for all of RRD’s products and services
Responsible for making outbound calls in response to incoming calls and emails
Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and processes
Update job knowledge by taking advantage of the training tools and educational materials provided by the company.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and across departments when completing an assignment
More advanced knowledge of computers, MS Office, MS Office, Google Drive/Chrome.
Ability to learn new programs and multiple functional areas of the business specific to the job in order to complete duties successfully.
More advanced working knowledge of the functional area(s) and good knowledge of primary tools or applications used on the job.
Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and the impact work has on the department or company.
Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and make adjustments to meet business needs.
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills to create effective solutions.
Additional Information
RRD's current salary range for this role is $43,000 to $62,000 / year. The salary range may be adjusted
based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the
future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency,
performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation
package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit
