Pay Range starts $40-$50 per hour
1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The Industrial Maintenance Technician IV will perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks for manufacturing equipment and machinery on the first shift. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. A successful candidate will also be responsible for designing, creating, implementing, and maintaining PLC programs. They will help develop new programs or re-work existing programs, then monitor them to troubleshoot issues and make improvements. The technician will work independently and as part of a team to maintain and enhance production efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency repairs, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes and equipment reliability.

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $21.50 per hour to $23.50 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
