Sales and Customer Development Specialist Innersense Organic Beauty Inc. - Concord, CA $18 - $22 an hour We are seeking a self-driven, motivated, energetic Sales and Business Development Specialist with great enthusiasm for beauty, wellness and Innersense Hair Care. One who is willing to connect with existing and potential customers by phone. The ideal candidate should have experience with sales and customer support and possess a positive, can do attitude. As our Sales and Customer Development Specialist, you do not need to know about hair care before you start, but you must have strong organizational, written and verbal skills. You must be proficient in making phone calls to customers and cold calling prospective customers. You will enjoy a small-business environment where your contributions make a difference every day. You will need to be self-directed, and be able to make decisions without continuous supervision. You will be working with a great group of people excited for this next stage of growth. If this is you, we are excited to meet you! Responsibilities Coordinate new customer acquisition as well as current customer management. Facilitate and present product knowledge training. Coordinate Mailchimp and Method Me. Manage customer orders, emails, and voicemails. Assist with marketing and sales outreach strategies and campaigns. Send product samples to potential sales opportunities. Other duties as deemed necessary. Requirements 1+ years Sales & Customer Support experience/ Retail/ Office Admin experience. Must be comfortable with technology and use it in everyday life. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be detail oriented. Excellent time and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Exceptional people skills. Qualifications 1 to 5 years direct sales experience in a business with similar emphasis on customer service, for example retail. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strongly Preferred Experience working with a CRM and Quickbooks. Project management experience. Experience in the beauty industry, ideally hair and/or skin care.
