    Job Description

    As the Inside Sales Representative - Account Management for our Moen brand, in conjunction with assigned Field Sales region, you will drive sales through project opportunity management to meet or exceed sales goals. The position is intended to be a developmental opportunity to cross-train and prepare you for a Field Sales position.

    Location: This remote position is based in the Atlanta, GA area. We anticipate up to 10% travel to facilitate customer meetings.

    What you will be doing:

    • Account Ownership – Responsible to drive sales and profitability for assigned regional accounts.
    • Selling - Support revenue attainment for assigned field sales team through driving promotions and increasing average unit price.
    • Cross-Sell - Maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spend.
    • Opportunity Management - Create, manage, and close assigned sales opportunities.
    • Territory Management - Develops and maintains positive relationships to support wholesale, contractor, non-single family, and builder market activity with Territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Business Development Managers.
    • Support regional specific priorities as assigned by the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Manager, and reflected in annual business plan. (Account Management, Builder Prospecting, Promotion Support)
    • Provide administrative and technical support to field sales.
    • Coordinate Fulfillment - Identify projects that require supply chain forecasting.
    • Proficiently leverages Moen systems (SAP CRM, CJQ, QlikView) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Basic Qualifications :

    • Listening skills, communication skills, energy, enthusiasm and endurance.
    • 1+ years of prior sales experience
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
    • Ability to travel for meetings up to 10%
    • Hunger for driving sales in a competitive environment.
    • Willingness to career progress and relocate for field sales opportunity within 3 years.

    Nice to Have:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $40,000 USD - $66,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
