    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inspection Administrator to manage invoicing, billing, and data entry with precision and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience in administrative roles at a mid-to-high level. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams are essential. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and submit all Inspections Billing Invoices for After Each Inspection
    • Types as well as processing additional invoices as needed.

      Perform quality control of inspection service tickets to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled and proper reporting documents are submitted.

      Generate and process inspection reports in 3rd party compliance portals as directed.

      Submit invoices and reports to billing portals as required and/ or directed.

      Assist with Cancellation of Inspection Service Tickets as needed.

      Assist Inspections Administration Manager as directed in obtaining inspection documents and information for New Acquisitions inspection contracts.

      Handles each transaction in a way that positively promotes the Company’s reputation. Responsible for completing continuing education necessary to maintain current certifications and/or licenses as required for position.

      Expected to work safely, by using good judgment and following all Company safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.

      Performs other related duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Prior experience with invoicing and billing.
    • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills for working across various departments.
    • Previous administrative experience at a mid-to-high level (this is not an entry-level position).
