    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Review all Inspections Reports and submit to proper 3rd party AHJ portal from Service Tickets assigned to all Inspection contract types.
    • Review all Inspection Reports found on Service Tickets and submit to proper 3rd party AHJ portals.
    • Note discrepancies on Inspection Reports and alert Sales Team if a new quoted service for repair is needed.
    • Enter all corrected discrepancies into the proper AHJ portal to complete the report.
    • Assist with Inspections Billing as requested.
    • Handles each transaction in a way that positively promotes the Company’s reputation.
    • Responsible for completing continuing education necessary to maintain current certifications and/or licenses as required for position.
    • Expected to work safely, by using good judgment and following all Company safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.
    • Performs other related duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required,
    • Advanced education preferred, plus
    • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in an office, management, OR
    • the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Must continuously adhere to Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standards.
    • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to use a telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
