The Vehicle Engineering Internship will Support vehicle engineering on parts dimension management, fastener and safety restraint parts and performance development. Test results and analysis to be communicated through reports, summaries and small group meetings. Responsibilities Fastener application development and release. Support safety restraint parts development. Support the engineering change management process. Create summary reports to engineering and manufacturing for engineering requirements, drawing coordination coordination. Support issue resolution team in assembly plant one day a week in order to learn how all engineering requirements developed up front in the office working with studio and release engineering teams is reflected in build. Learn hands-on how a requirement developed on cad and drawing affect the final build in the car. Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) Familiar with engineering software as Catia or Solid works. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
