    At Lear, talent is at the heart of what we do; an opportunity has arisen for a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT, MIN. 1 YEAR) to help us in our core objective of finding the best talent in the world to support our business.  Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be part of a team overseeing Talent Acquisition in 22 countries and over 90 locations.

    As Talent Acquisition Specialist Poland you will be the key point of contact for country stakeholders overseeing all salaried hiring activity across 6 production sites and 2 R&D Centers – partnering with the Regional Manager you will also have the opportunity to work wider projects across Eastern Europe.

     

    YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the all Polish entities
    • Proactively searching for candidates, posting activity
    • Performing initial screening telephone interviews and arrange the appointments for the recruiter on site
    • Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
    • Reporting and dealing with the admin task related to the recruiting
    • Supporting other projects i.e. participate in job fairs and career events, employer branding and CSR activities

     

     

    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

    • FLUENCY IN POLISH AND ENGLISH IS A MUST; huge advantage would be knowledge of one of the other language – preferred Czech, Slovak, Hungarian or German
    • Recruiting experience- either in-house or agency
    • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate sourcing and screening and evaluation
    • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks 
    • Hunger and passion to work in Talent Acquisition
    • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, open mind
    • Education in a HR related field would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
