Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Tolerate contact with various solvents and related fumes.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret specifications, guidelines and instructions.
- Possess good communication skills and work as a member of a team.
- Successfully complete and pass the Hazardous Material Information Systems (HMIS) training.
- Learn how to use various measuring devices.
- Able to continuously stand, reach, pull and push.
- Good vision is important.
- Regularly lift 50 lbs. and slide molds on conveyor lines weighing up to 120 lbs

Physical Requirements:
- Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
- Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds for up to 50% of your shift.
- Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures and humidity.
