Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Provide maintenance support and repairs to production machinery and facility for a 24 hr. / 7-day manufacturing operation. Additionally, performs the duties of Facilities Support as required.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Production Support: Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests on the production floor. Train production technicians in the proper set-up and copy troubleshooting techniques. Provide training and assistance to production technicians as needed to help maximize production output and minimize downtime through the utilization of proper production techniques and handling practices. 30%
Qualifications
EDUCATION
* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE
* 1 year related mechanical experience.
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES
* Powered Industrial Truck Certification
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
* Proficient in performing production equipment preventive maintenance.
EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE UTILIZED
* Basic Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook, and internet software.
COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS
• Informs leaders and other technicians of pertinent information and communicates to
Plant personnel, leadership, and other departments, as necessary.
• Communicates with equipment operators to determine problems with equipment before
breakdown and to determine if equipment adjustments or repairs are necessary
DECISION MAKING
Often must make decisions in conjunction with department supervisors to shut down equipment, schedule repairs, request for service.

Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $18.00/hr to $24/hr + $1.25/hr Shift Differential. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
