    Job Description

    This position at our Portland photography studio will be a key liaison between clients and photo studio operations,

    ensuring a seamless workflow that consistently exceeds client expectations. Primary responsibilities include

    enhancing the client experience with RRD through exceptional service, a positive attitude, a sense of urgency, clear

    communication, and utmost professionalism. Ensuring account satisfaction and service excellence is paramount. We

    seek a team player who is willing to assist wherever needed and contribute to the overall success of our studio.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage assigned accounts, including complex, high-volume, and high-profile customer accounts with minimal supervision.
    • Attend weekly client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on all action items.
    • Collaborate with the producer to manage the photography production schedule, ensuring client deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
    • Communicate production roadblocks and scheduling issues internally, and work towards resolutions promptly.
    • Oversee client divisional banner requests, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely delivery of final assets within the client's deadline.
    • Create and distribute weekly status reports, summarizing completed assets and their final locations within the client's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
    • Provide support for on-set clients and talent.
    • Track photography projects from the client's briefing kickoff through the production and delivery process, coordinating with the producer to ensure all assets are captured and delivered on time.
    • Collect and manage billing information, maintaining accurate billing worksheets for each period.
    • Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Work effectively in a team environment, offering assistance wherever needed, including tasks such as shopping and file transfers.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently meeting client needs, swiftly resolving challenges, and exceeding expectations.
    • Responsible for photography data collection and analysis to increase potential for volume efficiencies.
    • Adhere to ethical business practices in dealings with customers, employees, vendors, suppliers,

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of high-volume photo production experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client and internal team relationships.
    • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to listen and understand.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
    • Positive and friendly attitude with the capability to manage diverse personalities.
    • Highly flexible and adaptable.

    Additional Information

    The national pay range for this role is $105,900 to $169,500 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
