    Job Description

    Moen's Group Channel Marketing Manager will be the lead role to support our strategic accounts, and will oversee showroom support and loyalty and merchandising programs.  Our Group Channel Marketing Manager is also responsible for the implementation and execution of channel-specific marketing strategies to achieve P&L objectives across Strategic Business Units (SBU’s).  You will be skilled at building alignment and engagement when leading cross-functional teams including SBU’s, Digital/eBusiness, Sales, Marketing Services and Global Brand Management (GBM). The Group Channel Marketing Manager will lead direct reports in the development of execution of channel strategies, programs and initiatives for multiple key accounts, multiple segments and/or multiple channels. He/she will be skilled in analytics and the leadership of others in their interpretation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with SBU product marketing teams to identify and implement growth initiatives within our current product portfolio as well as expansion areas.
    • Understand SBU P&L objectives to make sound go-to-market recommendations in order to drive top and bottom lines.
    • Operate as the Channel Lead and collaborate with sales, product marketing, marketing services and GBM in the areas of:
      • Growth initiatives
      • Program development and implementation
      • Research including competitive insights and recommendations
      • Presentations and training delivery on new and existing products
    • Build and maintain channel expertise through field travel, attendance at industry events, competitive analysis and close collaboration with sales and SBU partners.
    • Provide input to brand and merchandising messaging and ensure they align with the overall channel strategy and drive the best possible customer experience within specific accounts.
    • Develop comprehensive measurement tools to evaluate program/promotional effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements as required.
    • Lead the creation of a comprehensive ongoing channel situation analysis that monitors sales, margin and volume across key products and customers. Develop and improvement action plans to address unexpected challenges.
    • Lead cross-functional teams via execution of strong project management for new product launches.
    • Partner with marketing services to ensure development of 2D, 3D and digital collateral to drive product launches, promotions, key marketing campaigns, programs within channel and customer-specific marketing.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. MBA is preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of sales and/or marketing experience is required. Channel Leadership experience is preferred. Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, collaboration, engagement and building trust.
    • Demonstrated solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability with basic financial acumen.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
