We are looking for a HR Service Advisor with this kind of commitment and drive to be part of our success story and help take our company to the next level. The HR Service Advisor will work directly with Navistar's US based employees and retirees in answering benefits related questions, leaves of absences and life events that affects benefits converage. This role requires a strong customer service skillset, very strong communication skills- especially phone skills as most questions come in via our benefits hotline. Other duties include, but are not limited to: Audit transaction data entry Handling difficult callers and uneasy situations where customer service skills will need to be on point. Flexibility in responsibilities during peak phone times. Excellent oral and written communication skills when answering phones and assigned emails Understand and interpret Benefit Plan documents Manage research of open event items and respond to inquiries from employees, retirees and our Human Resources department Position Purpose and Requirements Provides accurate timely customer service in a call center environment, in compliance with company and HIPAA policy and procedures, to employees, retirees, and other internal and external customers. Displays the ability to understand and resolve issues and timely resolution of assigned projects. Basic Requirements: Associates degree and at least 1 year of human resources, customer service or call center experience OR At least 2 years of human resources, customer service or call center experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
