As the Business Solution Specialist working on the Planning Solutions team you will be challenged to deploy, support, and drive effective use of modern trade, contract management, and associated planning solutions, with the intent of ensuring solutions are aligned with business requirements and delivered against defined project plans and business objectives. This role plays a critical part in managing project documentation and ensures plans are aligned to program and compliance standards. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with various operational Regional and Global teams to successfully deploy and integrate Planning solutions in line with business requirements and business excellence guidelines. Work with key stakeholders to influence and drive continuous improvement, continually finding sustainable improvements to functionality and processes. Understand and manage incoming developments/ business requirements, gather/consult on functional requirements and developments on time and to budget. Manage the resourcing requirements across teams involved and the administration of projects in New Product Development and Introduction. Assist with third party vendor management, provide direction on prioritization for open items and collaborate on issue resolution. Develop and execute test scripts to test and validate functionality as per functional specifications ensuring appropriate tracking and reporting of defects to the Regional teams and vendors as necessary. Basic Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors Degree in Business, Information systems or equivalent preferred. Professional Experience: 1+ year(s) Project management experience within field sales, business process support, or sales and retail go-to-market strategies (i.e. Modern Trade, DSD, etc.) required. 1+ year(s) experience with management of functional/ technical Planning solutions specific to SAP CP&M or a similar application preferred. Experience working on projects specific to trade promotion / spend management and optimization, customer business planning, sales and operations planning, among other areas required. 1+ year(s) experience as a business / systems analyst preferred. Previous experience in working with offshore vendors and associated consultants preferred SAP interface knowledge and support experience required. PMP Certification preferred Experience with professional experience in the food and beverage services vertical required Previous experience working with Trade Promotion and Spend Management applications and platforms such as Blacksmith FORGE, SAP Vistex / TPM, AFS TPM Retail / G2, Wipro Promax, XTEL, Trade Promotion Master (Visualfabriq), Accenture CAS, Brillio, Eversight, among others.
