Graphics Designer New Orleans Saints and Pelicans - Metairie, LA 70003 Please note: You must include a link to your portfolio for review. Overall Purpose: This position is responsible for the creation of high quality, graphic design layouts for sales collateral and other authorized promotional and support materials. Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Building graphic elements and logos for promotional use. Designing promotional items such as T-shirts, posters, flyers, etc. Photo editing, re-touching and color correction Page layout and design of print collateral Maintaining department photo database Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA): Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field 3-5 years of directly-related creative-design experience Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality Must possess excellent organizational, written, verbal and listening skills Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Working knowledge of other Adobe programs and Microsoft Office are a plus Proficiency on Mac Experience with responsive Web design and coding in HTML and CSS a plus Prior experience building interactive HTML5 advertisements a plus Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, professionalism, self-motivated, organized, professional, mature and detail-oriented Flexibility to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, as required, in non-traditional settings Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds comfortably Please note: You must include a link to your portfolio for review.
