You will join a team of highly talented professionals with the same career aspirations as you. AS A HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER FOR THIS MANUFACTURING PLANT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Maintaining the professionalism, charisma, and approachability as your predecessors
• Being a leader within the plant and driving a company culture that continues success
• Being a trusted figure, that employees come to for guidance and direction
• Offering advice with new programs based on the knowledge you learn from employees
• Supporting benefits, policy, systems, and other Human Resources staff

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER OPPORTUNITY YOU MUST HAVE:

• A four-year degree; ideally Human Resources certifications
• A unique talent for empowering and leading people
• Human Resource management experience for manufacturing company
• Ability to support multiple plants; some minor travel
