Work with hiring managers to prepare job requisitions and manage postings and advertisements for open positions Review and prescreen applications and conduct preliminary interviews as needed to identify and present best possible candidates to the hiring manager Manage the interview and selection process, to include coordinating interview schedules, participating in interviews as needed, maintaining requisition files and interview notes, coordinating job offers and other candidate communications. Coordinate the onboarding process with the Hiring Manager, candidate, and Human Resources or Facility Admin. This will include coordinating and/or scheduling pre-employment screening appointments, new hire orientation sessions, organization announcements, new hire training and other onboarding activities Support Hiring Manager, HR, and Facility Admin in guiding new hires through onboarding process and 60 day probationary period, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and well informed. Identify and participate in community events, job fairs, or other targeted sourcing opportunities to attract candidates for key or high turn positions. Assist managers with identifying situations where short term staffing solutions may apply (i.e., seasonal or temporary placements.) Will include coordinating with staffing agencies for temporary or seasonal placements as needed. Regularly report on staffing opportunities and progress to hiring managers, HR and facility management. Assist facility management and HR staff in facilitating employee recognition and engagement opportunities Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma Required Associates Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is preferred Two (2) Years experience in a recruiting role required Must be able to meet PBV Driving Guidelines; Must have a valid drivers license. Working Knowledge of State and Federal Employment Laws required. Proficient in Microsoft office programs required (Word, Excel, Powerpoint.) Proficient in Outlook email systems required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, or the ability to learn and become proficient in applicant tracking systems. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules Outstanding written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to maintain focus and accuracy under pressure and time constraints. Enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds and experience. Ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with all levels of the organization. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities. Must enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment. Ability to demonstrate and communicate enthusiasm for and loyalty to the company and the brands we serve. Must be able to meet PBV Driving Guidelines; Must have a valid drivers license. Constantly required to sit (70%) and type on a computer keyboard (60%). Occasionally required to stand (5%), climb (5%), walk (10%), lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (10%) and talk on the phone (15%). Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
