Facilities amp; Maintenance Operations Engineer United States - New Jersey - Peapack/en-US/PfizerCareers/job/United-States---New-Jersey---Peapack/Facilities---Maintenance-Operations-Engineer_4719268-1/apply ROLE SUMMARY The Facility Maintenance and Infrastructure Operations nbsp;Engineer nbsp;nbsp;will assist with the management of the outcome of work performed by suppliers responsible for facilities maintenance and infrastructure operations as well assist in providing oversight and direction for all phases of capital and expense projects from concept through turnover to enable business strategies.nbsp; A close working relationship with internal colleagues and contracted resources will be required with this role. Assists with activities for the compliance of regulated spaces such as Change control, assets lifecycle management and QA investigations. Facility Maintenance and Infrastructure Operations Engineer also interfaces with the site hard and soft services provides for purposes of coordination and to ensure fulfillment of services and review of key performance indicators. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES * Support in the development of project description, budget and schedule * Prepares scopes of work, contracts and purchase requisitions for approval (including specifications, warranty requirements, maintenance manuals, spare parts, delivery requirements, vendor start-up and training where required). * Participates in project meetings, prepares and distributes meeting minutes.nbsp; Schedules for construction and equipment deliveries. * Assures compliance with GXP, safety and environmental standards and regulations * Assures adherence to the specifications and quality construction standards.nbsp; Coordinates shop drawings.nbsp; Maintains job files.nbsp; Supports projects through to completion, and start-up and commissioning. * Responsible for acceptance and /or submission of project documentation. * Responsible for preparation, revision and approval of site procedures using the Global Document Management System. * System Administrator for GO NA Commercial of the CMMS- Computerized Maintenance Management (EAMS). * Maintains project documentation (including validation) and blueprints to comply with the records retention policy. * Assist with the preparation, execution and storage of documentation for regulated spaces.
