In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Gain Hands-On Experience : Apply your academic knowledge directly to real-world projects in the Rear Axle New Product Development department, bridging the gap between theory and practice.

Collaborate with Experts : Work alongside experienced Product Engineers and Designers, gaining valuable insights and learning from their expertise.

Support Design and Testing : Contribute to the completion of product designs and the development and testing of new products, ensuring quality and innovation.

Enhance Communication Skills : Develop your ability to communicate technical information effectively, both in written reports and through oral presentations, to internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to Engineering Analysis : Perform detailed engineering analyses for new and existing components, providing essential data and insights for decision-making.

Assist with Layouts and Modifications : Support project engineers and designers by creating layouts and making necessary drawing modifications, improving the design process.

Drive Continuous Improvement : Embrace opportunities for learning and development, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Ensure Smooth Transitions : Help ensure that products move smoothly from the development phase to production, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.
