Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- 8+ years Production scheduling related experience a plus.
- Strong past performance reviews desired.
- Must be motivated towards productivity improvements, safety, and quality awareness.
- Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
- Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills required.
- Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner.
- Strong time-management and project management skills.
- Able to effectively build relationships both internally and externally in a positive manner.
- Able to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.
- Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
- Understanding or ability to utilize applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Drives / sheets / forms/ , and SAP by Design ERP system.
- Must be willing and able to work day shift and overtime as needed.
