    Strong leadership skills and able to communicate company goals and initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards as required by law and company policy. Ensure manufacturing follows the schedule and communicate issues timely to ensure customer expectations are achieved.

    The total annual target cash range (Salary + Bonus, annualized for this position is $72,921 - $112,815. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.]

    • Supervise staff conduct daily stand-ups addressing safety and shift expectations.
    • Implement manufacturing projects that improve facility efficiency, reduce scrap and/or improve product quality.
    • Provide input and work closely with human resources on all hiring and disciplinary actions.
    • Meet customer demands regarding quality parts with on time delivery.
    • Provide effective set-up and troubleshooting input, communicate information to other departments and provide input on work cell design and layout.
    • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling staff for production needs.
    • May need to work on the production line in limited basis.
    • Self-starter, proactive leader and strong team building skills.
    • Experience working in a strong safety culture.
    • Excellent organizational skills, implementing and following through on projects.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort level presenting to large groups.
    • Ability to lead or participate in teams and coordinate project implementation with other departments to achieve site goals related to quality and cost savings initiatives.
    • Educated on HR topics, labor relations, local mandates, breaks and meal mandates
    • Payroll and timecard activities
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    • Must have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); (Required)

    • Must have good communication skills (speaking and writing); (Required)

    • Demonstrated knowledge in Accounting and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/activities; (Required)

    • Timecards and payroll systems; (Required)

    • Knowledge of SAP; (Preferred)

    • Fluent in English; (Required)

    • 5+ years Supervisor experience in manufacturing environment ; (Preferred)

    • 1+ years Experience Supervising staff, reviewing payroll; (Required)

    • 2+ years Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and/or Focused Factory experience; (Preferred)

    • Fluent in Spanish or Vietnamese; (Preferred)

    • Excellent problem solving, creative thinking and leadership skills; (Required)

    • Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines; (Required)

    • Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally; (Required)

    • Proactive contributor on cross-functional teams utilizing tools (timeline, WCM, 5 Why, etc...) to determine corrective action to reduce risk and implement actions in a timely manner; (Preferred)

    • High school Diploma; (Required)

    • BA, BS, MBA Degree Business, engineering field; (Preferred)
