    Job Description

    The growing Brand Marketing Team at client has a new role for an experienced studio manager to streamline the design of print and digital marketing materials. Taking requests from a global team of marketing managers, you will assess specific needs and assign projects to internal designers and outside agencies and vendors. This critical position requires proven production skills and deep experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, as you will be responsible for facilitating projects with people and agencies across the US as well as London, Hong Kong and India. The right candidate will be very visible and influential throughout the client marketing organization.

    In this position, you will participate the creation of digital and print assets that unite Brand and eBusiness teams, including sales literature, advertising, presentations, videos, infographics and event collateral. You will have the opportunity to engage internal creative teams as well as external agencies. Initiating, tracking and organizing these projects through our digital project management dashboard will be a major part of your responsibilities.

    An important aspect of this position is the ability to coordinate production across several agency and vendor partners.

    *This is an outsourced role, servicing an investment banking client of RRD.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manages a library of digital and print assets that build the client brand

    • Allocates projects to internal and external creative resources to product marketing materials that align with client Brand Guidelines

    • Coordinates multiple projects at a time, with a focus on quality and efficiency

    • Oversees updates and versions of existing communications with refreshed content, including data-heavy charts, graphs and infographics

    • Collaborates with project managers and key stakeholders regarding job specifications and deadlines

    • Prioritizes workload daily

    • Communicates effectively, keeping project managers and creative directors informed of project status of active projects

    • Demonstrates proactive accountability to overall quality

    • Maintains current industry knowledge of presentation methods, techniques, hardware, software and trends

    • Engages in special project opportunities as assigned

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in production/studio management in a corporate environment or agency
    • Financial services experience preferred
    • Strong data visualization skills – experience with charts, graphs, infographics - preferred
    • Must be able consistently identify critical elements, variables and alternatives to develop solutions. Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions. Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems. Able to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems.
    • Proficient with Macintosh and PC design software Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office
    • Must be able to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted. Requires strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer.
    • Familiarity with current web design and UX/UI trends, standards and limitations, especially pertaining but not limited to email marketing preferred
    • Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadliness within a fast-paced environment
    • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

    Additional Information

    The national pay range for this role is $73,500 - $120,800 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
