    IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Audit Critical to Quality (CTQ) Points: You will conduct audits of CTQ points on our makers/cloth lines to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identifying gaps and enhancing product quality will be a key part of your role.
    • Support Automation: Utilize your computer and software skills to automate quality points, reducing operator errors and addressing production issues promptly.
    • Visual Library Creation: Develop a visual library of good and defective samples for the makers, aiding in quality control and training.
    • Inspection and Updates: Inspect and update visual size standards for the makers, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
    • Supplier COAs and Specifications: Maintain supplier Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and internal specifications for raw materials, ensuring compliance and quality.
    • Continuous Improvement Projects: Collaborate with different departments on continuous improvement projects, developing troubleshooting guides to enhance quality and reduce waste.
    • ISO Requirements Awareness: Maintain awareness of ISO requirements to uphold our Quality Management Systems.
    • Customer Complaint Analysis: Support the analysis and resolution of customer complaints, contributing to improved customer satisfaction.
