The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible to represent RR Donnelley to external parties, helping market the company and jobs to attract the best talent for the company. The position will also manage internal relationships and various processes to ensure candidate journey to becoming an employee maximizes candidate experience.
- Perform all phases of the recruitment life cycle
- Support the creation/updating of job postings in collaboration with managers
- Write attractive job advertisements, and upload into the Applicant Tracking System
- Plan sourcing strategies, and proactively source candidates
- Qualify applicants against the position responsibilities and qualifications, as well as behavioral competencies that best match the position, department, and company
- Coordinate and perform interviews, guiding the candidate through the RRD Interviewing Journey
- Provide managers with expert insight into people, guiding them to make the best-informed decision
- Negotiate offers with managers and candidate, selling candidates on why they should choose RRD as their next career choice
- Ensure 100% compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Build sourced candidate pools, and ensure regular communication is held with candidates in this pool
- Network in and outside of the company to continue to build recruiting and business knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other HR groups to help manage the process
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Experience in managing full recruiting life cycle
- Experienced in consulting hiring managers on the difference between "Need" and "Want"
- Ability to juggle 20+ requisitions at any one time
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience utilizing ATS to manage the recruiting process
- Experience with sourcing candidates using various mediums
- Intermediate Boolean search knowledge and ability to utilize a variety of sourcing channels including social media, internet search, database search
- Experienced negotiating in tough situations
- Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and managers
- Exceptional communication skills, representing RR Donnelley to internal and external parties
- Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing preferred
- Ability to learn local, state and federal employment regulations
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years Agency experience highly desired; both Corporate and Agency preferred
