We are currently seeking a Mail Services Specialist. This role handles all aspects of mail planning and classification of mail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing customer mail files, providing documentation to USPS, estimating and planning job-specific mailings.
• Provides direction for fulfillment and freight planning.
• Provides customer-specific reports to customers, billing and customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Must be able to communicate in English: read, write and understand.
• Strong Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to work with a team and individually.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs (23 kilos).
• Must be able to stand, squat, kneel and lift.
