Production Operator Rancher's Legacy Meat Co. - Vadnais Heights, MN Ranchers Legacy Meat Co. is reaching for a high energy and dependable Machine Operator with strong training and communication skills. Position: Production Operator Shift : 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday Location : Vadnais Heights, MN Benefits * Available Health Insurance and dental insurance * Paid Life insurance, LTD and holidays * 4% 401K match * Two weeks of vacation * Career Opportunities Key Responsibilities & Duties: * Maintain a safe and clean working environment * Set up and run Production equipment while maintaining a continuous Production pace * Changing equipment parts and supplies to meet customers specification per order * Trouble shoot equipment issues

• Packaging of product into boxes * Clean work area at the end of shift
• Train Line Operators processes and procedures * Oversee and direct Line Operators * Communicate to Line Operators, Supervisors, Maintenance and/ or Management team of any issues or concerns. * Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team. * Assist in maintaining product integrity following company GMPs. * Comply and follow company food safety and workplace safety policies . Packaging employees must be able to tolerate working in cool temperatures constantly as the temperature in the production area is between 40-45?. They may also enter/exit coolers (28?) and freezers (-5?). Skills and Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent * Must demonstrate leadership characteristics with good problem solving abilities. * Strong communication skills * Takes pride in learning and training * Can work independently when needed, while being a team player * Be able to multitask * Can lift up to 65 pounds comfortably on a regular basis. * Self motivated with high work standards * Standing and walking for 8-12 hour shifts Preferred Skills and Qualifications: * 1 year work related experience * Bilingual About Us Ranchers Legacy Meat Co. was built to consistently produce high-quality fresh and frozen ground meat in patty and bulk configurations.
