In this new position as an Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Shared Services Manager, will process Accounts Payable for the Water Heater, Air Conditioning, Replacement Parts, Canada, and Corporate Divisions. This position requires ensuring vendor payments are made per agreed upon payment terms, addressing Rheem vendor inquires, and processing PO and non-PO invoices within the Esker optical recognition solution and Oracle Accounts Payable. This position will serve Rheem in Montgomery, AL WHAT YOU'LL DO * Processing a minimum of 75-100 invoices (PO and non-PO) per day * Working in coordination with supplier services and procurement to resolve receiving, pricing, and quantity issues impacting the 3-way match process * Working in coordination with the Accounts Payable Analysts and Accounts Payable Specialists in Montgomery, Nuevo Laredo, and Atlanta to ensure optimal support of Rheems operating units Qualifications WHAT YOU NEED * High school diploma * 3-5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in a high volume environment * Experience entering invoices directly into an ERP system (i.e. Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards) and working with purchase orders * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, specifically VLOOKUP and data sorting HOW TO STAND OUT * Bachelors degree in accounting or other finance-related field * Experience using Esker to process invoices * Experience in a manufacturing environment Rheem is an Equal Opportunity Employer Notice to Third Party Recruitment Agencies: Please note that Rheem and its subsidiaries do not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
