Human Resources Coordinator Russell Stover Chocolates LLC 266 reviews - Kansas City, MO The Human Resources Coordinator will work in an administrative capacity to support the HR department with foundational tasks such as data entry, initiating pre hire screening process for new hires using a web based system, work with vendors and pay invoices, filing, copying and working with third party administrator to verify unemployment claims. S/he will administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees and assist in development and implementation of employee policies and procedures. This role interacts with all areas of the business at all levels so it is imperative that the person in this role have a high customer service orientation and strong attention to detail. A successful person in this role will have experience and be comfortable inputting and reporting within HRIS and Timekeeping systems.
