Sales Development Executive (Greater Nashville Area)
Job Description
Promotes and sells the organization's products and services within the Greater Nashville area, product range, or list of new and existing customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets. Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base. Owns a record of sales achievement.

For at least the first 6 months in this role at RRD, a non-recoverable draw is expected to be between
$50,000 - $150,000 per year. After this period, the draw may change or decrease over time with unlimited
commission potential. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based on factors such as education, skills,
experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and geographic location. RRD offers benefits including
