    Temp To Perm Opportunities!!!

    • Billing between 10 and 13 offices
      • Between 150 and 337 invoices monthly
    • Completing customer forms
    • Completing manual invoices
    • Notarizing invoices and forms
    • Support local offices with special requirements needed for Construction invoicing
    • Work with local offices to get billings out in a timely manner in order to meet customer billing requirements
    • Identify billing opportunities in assigned offices
    • Final Billing for assigned offices
    • Completing email requests
    • Out of Office Backup Coverage
    • Help with monitoring the forms box when in the office
      • Printing/Scanning/Emailing other billers’ spools
      • FedEx Requests
    • 3rd Party Uploading if not completed by assigned individual
    • Participate in and/or lead monthly conference calls to identify billing issues/billing GAPs
    • Process LOAs for Advanced Billing less than standard 35%

    Provide Courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to external and internal customers on a regular and consistent basis
    Expected to be sitting at PC workstation, typing and talking on a telephone headset for extended periods of time
    Assist with processing external customers’ calls for service
    Gather complete and accurate information as emergency contacts for customers
    Receives a high level of contacts with external and internal customers on a frequent and regular basis; the purpose of which is to manage and facilitate requests for elevator/escalator service and all relative and subsequent actions
