The Load Tracker is responsible for entering all load information for plant and carrier scheduling as well as shipment track and trace information. YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR: * Data entry into Transportation Management System (TMS) data base. Will also participate and report results of test programs executed within the TMS implementation plan * Contact dispatch and confirm arrivals and load start times for scheduled carriers * Assist with making delivery appointments to meet business needs * Field phone calls and messages from carriers reporting OS&D issues disseminating data to the claims administrator and sales team * Provide notification to all appropriate departments and customers on any delivery issues and for any loads that will deliver late * Maintain carrier relationships as well as data bases including rate information * Audit bills of lading and invoices for accuracy and have the ability to adjust as needed to conform to SOP's.
