JOB POSITION SUMMARY

**The position of Subcontractor Compliance Specialist requires a highly detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills to manage the onboarding process and compliance requirements for subcontractors. Success in this position has a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of the use of subcontractors in the performance of work with and on behalf of Konecranes. This role ensures that subcontractors meet and maintain compliance requirements as defined within the Region Americas Subcontractor Policy. Performance is measured in your ability to complete the prequalification process working with all required departments to onboard new subcontractors. **

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage communications within the Subcontractor Inbox
• Communicate with Konecranes team/requestors on new subcontractor requests
• Provide compliance documentation to new subcontractors and answer questions
• Maintain electronic files for each subcontractor
• Work with Legal, Safety and other departments if required to facilitate the prequalification process and ensure success within the program.
• Communicate with all required disciplines regarding issues or challenges that may arise
• Determine if a subcontractor will be blocked due to non-compliance
• Contact all subcontractors annually to obtain required documentation
• Maintain the Subcontractor Excel worksheet
• Assist with other duties within the group due to heavy workload or special projects.

Qualifications

**REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: **

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self starter with ability to work independently

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: **

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and other business platforms
