    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The System Administrator best understands Eagle Fire’s software systems to act as the point of contact for all users within the company and is available to answer questions and troubleshoot problems. Core responsibilities include supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, and delivering actionable analytics

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain system platforms and stay updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, updates, and version upgrades.

    • Set up and maintain users accounts; support end users and be able to provide appropriate solutions to technical issues encountered.

    • Manage software ticketing system; document, organize, and prioritize tickets based on issue severity and business need.

    • Perform frequent data quality checks to ensure system data and configuration is accurate.

    • Perform quality control testing of new system functionality that supports new and existing business processes.

    • Assists with data analysis, cleaning, conversion, mapping, and importing related to mergers and acquisitions.

    • Assists with training new users across the organization.

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with IT department and Eagle Fire system providers/vendors.

    • Must continuously adhere to the Eagle Fire’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.

    • Expected to work safely, by using good judgment and follow all Eagle Fire safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.

    • Performs other related duties as required.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

    • Must be proficient in data analysis, analytics, and tech-oriented problem solving.

    • Must possess excellent technology skills, including Microsoft 365, ERP software, and other related databases.

    • Must possess fluency in a wide range of devices (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone) and operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, Android).

    • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; highly professional and diplomatic approach.

    • Must maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, good judgement, and practice good data management & risk management skills.

    • Must maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

    • Must interact well with all levels of individuals, internally and externally.

    • Must exhibit characteristics consistent with encouraging Team concept.

    • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, quantitative economics, or equivalent degree emphasizing data analysis; AND

    • Minimum two (2) years of experience administering company software, specifically tools administration.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

    • Must be able to use a telephone, computer, & other office equipment.
