  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Lead the development and posting of positions, identification of qualified and diverse candidates, interviewing and selection processes, and pre-employment processes
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting qualified, diverse talent
    • Build Alpine’s employer value proposition and ensure compliance with legal requirements and staffing guidelines
    • Lead the development and tracking of all staffing-related metrics; use data to inform hiring decisions, optimize sourcing efforts and drive talent acquisition strategies for the organization
    • Utilize online employment websites, trade publications, university partnerships and social media to build a robust candidate pipeline
    • Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events to source candidates and build brand recognition
    • Additional projects as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred

    • 4+ years of progressive human resources and strategic talent acquisition experience

    • Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and procedures, including relevant Federal and State laws

    • Proven ability to partner and influence across all levels of the organization through strong business acumen, strategic insights, and exceptional communication skills

    • Demonstrated track record of delivering great results with strong ability to develop, analyze, and present data to inform decision making

    • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    • Ability to travel up to 20%, higher during peak recruiting periods
