Job Description
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred
4+ years of progressive human resources and strategic talent acquisition experience
Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and procedures, including relevant Federal and State laws
Proven ability to partner and influence across all levels of the organization through strong business acumen, strategic insights, and exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated track record of delivering great results with strong ability to develop, analyze, and present data to inform decision making
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to travel up to 20%, higher during peak recruiting periods
