The Talent Acquisition Manager will be a working manager who provides leadership, coaching, and innovative thinking to support hiring across multiple functions across GEA. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own and develop relationships with key stakeholders, manage a team of recruiters, and support full life cycle recruiting for critical openings. This role will be influential with senior leaders and deploy recruiting strategies at the group level. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of current trends in recruiting, have previous TA management experience, and have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a trusted member of the TA team and advisor to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners. While there are advantages of being located at our Louisville, KY headquarters, the work location may be flexible depending on the candidate.     • Manage recruiters, provide coaching, and ensure recruiting practices are consistent with GEA's process and expectations
    • Critically analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends/opportunities for improvement
    • Partner with hiring leaders and HRBPs to understand upcoming recruiting needs, business objectives, and initiatives
    • Manage full life cycle recruiting including, sourcing, candidate generation, offer negotiation, and onboarding for critical roles within the organization
    • Influence client groups by providing insightful market data that supports business growth and decision making
    • Collaborate with TA leadership to continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
    • Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices
    • Ensure day-to-day operational effectiveness and quality talent acquisition outcomes within specific functional areas, establishing a culture of shared success
    • Manage jobs in Workday, our ATS, through monitoring and progress reporting
    • Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding employment
    • Reach out to GE Appliances' Affinity Groups to support hiring plans that meet corporate hiring initiatives for diversity, gender, veterans, and disabilities
    • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO OUR TEAM

    • Bachelor's Degreehighly desired or equivalent work experience in corporate recruiting
    • Minimum of 2 years TA management experience, preferably in CPG, Supply Chain or Retail
    • Minimum of 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience
    • Previous experience with diversity recruiting and advanced sourcing capabilities
    • Demonstrated experience in change management efforts
    • Previous experience working with an ATS and CRM
    • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions
    • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
    • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment
    • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with a proven track record in coordinating complex projects
