    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Technology Support Specialist to help support our Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team. This role will focus on the systems and tools that keep the Global Talent Acquisition team running.

    • Provide day-to-day system admin support for SmartRecruiters, our applicant tracking system
    • Assist with conducting system testing
    • Assist with resolution of system issues
    • Facilitate training and system demos
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
    • Participate on project teams as assigned
    • Ideate on creative solutions for challenges and identify improvement opportunities, both regionally and globally
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • Must have applicant tracking system (ATS) admin experience
    • Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing/HR
    • Must be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow direction
    • Strong experience drafting business correspondence
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Able to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelines
    • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
    • Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, candidates, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional manner
    • Aware that governmental employment laws and regulations exist which govern work hours, working conditions, wages, benefits, record keeping, hiring, promotion and termination practices

    PREFERRED:

    • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or closely related field preferred
    • 2-3 yrs. related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Previous experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition systems support function

    • An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
    • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
    • You will be eligible to participate in Western Digital’s Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
