    Mechanical Engineer Intern (20170645) Tracking Code 20170645 Job Description What youll be doing: Youll gain valuable experience in a casual, yet passion environment working alongside those who are truly impacting the lives of people with diabetes. Join us for a paid internship that offers personal and professional development opportunities. This program will give you an opportunity to work on projects that have an impact on current and future pipeline products. Youll collaborate with fellow interns, engineers, and other departments to gain valuable exposure to other sides of the business. What Youll Need: Intern candidates must be full time students enrolled in a college or university working towards a bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or related technical field. Completed projects (inside or outside of school) or classes focused in the medical device field including detailed design, design testing, test documentation, and prototype fabrication of biomedical devices. Interested in working on a team oriented, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SolidWorks, LabView, and MATLAB preferred. Ability to work part-time during the school year, and full time in the summer months.
