    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Production Analyst 2 to join our team in Westlake Village, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our production processes, analyzing data, and driving efficiency improvements across our manufacturing operations.

    • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
    • Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for production processes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
    • Monitor production schedules and assist in optimizing resource allocation
    • Conduct statistical analyses to support decision-making in production planning
    • Identify and recommend solutions to production bottlenecks and quality issues
    • Assist in the development and implementation of new production management systems
    • Prepare and present analytical findings to management and stakeholders
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in production analysis
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in technical production analysis or related field
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting techniques
    • Experience with production management systems and supply chain management principles
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS, R, or Python
    • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
    • Experience with production planning and scheduling
    • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    • Six Sigma certification preferred
    • Manufacturing industry knowledge and experience a plus

    Additional Information

    Part-Time; up to 30 hours per week.

    The national pay range for this role is $61,600.00 - $101,200.00 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.

    In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
