What’s the job?

This is a fully onsite role sitting out of our Lansdale, PA office

The Technical Rep. I / Lab Support primary responsibilities consist of, but not limited to the day-to-day performance of laboratory evaluation, testing, and aiding in customer services.

• Evaluate and process submitted samples and received paperwork. 50%
• Provide support to all positions within Technical Service department, especially Technical Service Representatives. 10%
• Provide quality customer service by processing and answering calls/emails regarding claims in a timely manner 10%
• Provide assist with the RPG mailbox. 20%
• Provide warranty & technical product assistance to TM’s, if needed 10%

Required Qualifications

What do you bring?

• Associates Degree Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Customer Service and Laboratory experience preferred
• Strong background in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel required
• Salesforce knowledge preferred
• Background in construction/Building materials preferred
