ID: -67754 -Office Location: -NA-US-CA-Fremont-Ardenwood Campus 6900 Dumbarton IV 5 -Job Shift: -Job Type: -Intern -Description -The Role Our Human Resource Department is deeply engrained in the functional areas of the business and partners heavily with the leadership team on critical decisions. Team members are expected not only to have the skills to analyze data and surface takeaways/recommendations, but must also lead cross-functional decision-making processes and communicate recommendations to leaders at all levels in the company. Through the intern program, we are looking to find the next wave of talent to drive these efforts. Team Overview and Responsibilities: Benefits:Is responsible for administering best in class solutions for benefits delivery, managing assigned vendor relationships, and direct contact customer service. They are also responsible for data management, processing benefits, researching new benefits, and implementing global initiatives to create a better working environment for Tesla employees. Organization Learning & Development:Is primarily responsible for coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding training efforts. They are also responsible for administrating enrollment, attendance, travel, supplies and materials for orientation and onboarding programs. In addition, you will be writing and editing internal communications which will be posted on Teslas internal website. These team is also responsible for generating How to Videos for a quick tutorial on tools and resources. Orientation and Onboarding:the intern will be focusing on the onboarding employee experience. This intern is someone who is interested in helping other and is comfortable with working with large groups of people. Positions will be based at our Headquarters in Palo Alto, CA, and in Fremont, CA. Required Skills and Qualifications -Currently working towards a BS, MS, or other graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business related. -Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office -Experience with video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, etc.) -Excellent written and verbal skills. -You must be self-managed and committed to working in a fast-paced environment. -Professional and positive communication skills. -Previous internship and/or project experience is a plus. -Ability to relocate to the Bay Area for the duration of your internship.
