In this role you will develop into a Lean Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for leading, coaching, and teaching employees to continue to strengthen Lean Manufacturing principles, Continuous improvement culture within 737 production. Position Responsibilities: * Partner with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and other support organizations to build continuous improvement strategies and action plans for continuous improvement that help achieve program goals and objectives * Leads and facilitates Lean process improvement efforts * Teaches and Coaches others in the deployment and use of continuous improvement tools * Identifying the 7 wastes, opportunities for improvement, safety improvements * Create presentations and project plans to drive process improvement implementations * Obtain leadership and production team commitment to implement process improvement opportunities * Assists with instruction in improvement tools and principles. * Assists with teaching basic LEAN modules. * Supports process improvement. * Gathers data and information.
