With rotations through six different positions in a variety of finance and other business disciplines including but not limited to financial planning, accounting, financial operations, contracts, estimating, and business operations. Participants get hands-on, experiential challenges and responsibilities to help shape the future of the industry. The cross-business unit and various functional rotations provide a holistic view of the company. The program offers the opportunity to participate in development activities, including site tours, mentoring, exposure to executives, and training seminars. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Eligible candidates must be graduating with a Bachelors Degree or higher between December 2017 and June 15, 2018. These positions need to meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. Preferred Qualifications: Degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Supplier Management, or other analytical fields are preferred; however, other degrees may be considered.A 3.5 GPA is preferred.
