Electro - Mechanical Technician Job Number: 279306 Description: Belcan has a job with a specialty machine manufacturing client in Dayton, Ohio for an electro-mechanical technician. You must be able to read an electrical print package and build all control panels. After panels are built, the technician would then assist in wiring the entire system and assist the engineers in startup of a system. Responsibilities and Requirements: ? Must have electrical assembly experience and not facility electrical wiring experience ? Assembling machines, steel cutting on horizontal / band saws, drilling, tapping, welding, grinding, sanding, painting, and machining ? Electrical assembly of panels and mechanical assembly of automated production cells ? Read electrical schematics, build electrical panels, wire a machine, and wiring & component troubleshooting skills ? Running conduit, pulling wire, assembling, and install systems at customer?s facility ? Industrial robotic/ automation experience, and trade related tools a must. ? Associate degree or 3 years? experience in a small manufacturing production environment. ? Valid driver?s license with insurance and clean record ? Must be able to pass a drug test and clean background check ?
