    Education : Less Than High School Experience : 12 Description : Your responsibilitiesthyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an individual to join us within the Sales Development Program in Northern NJ.This person will be responsible for successfully completing a six (6) month training program as part of the Sales Development Program (a.k.a. STEP). The STEP program is designed to provide a thorough knowledge of products, standard business processes and customer relationships to help develop professional individuals who can easily transition into a sales position. The goal of the program is to prepare individuals to become successful sales representatives for our company where they achieve sales goals and contribute to the branch's profitability. The STEP program will coach individuals to advance into leadership positions to effectively manage our business, interact with internal and external customers, and build successful and profitable teams all within a safe environment.
