Titan America has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Accounting Services team at the corporate office in Norfolk, VA. This salary, non-exempt position reports to the Accounts Payable Team Leader. The primary function of this position is processing invoices, interacting with vendors and resolvinginvoice issues. Required Skills Ability to process large volumes of invoices with accuracy and timeliness. Verify incoming invoices with purchase orders, proper general ledger account coding and taxability. Respond to internal/external questions concerning open invoices. Process invoices for payment and verify proper approval in accordance with company authority limits. Review vendor statements for past-due invoices and/or credits and follow-up as necessary. Maintain good relationships with all internal and external contacts. Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum 2 years experience in AP. Proficiency with Microsoft office Outlook, Word and Excel.
