Lead a fast-paced tiny house construction team. When we hit our timeline, we have 3-day weekends. Schedule is Monday to Thursday (10 hours). When we fall behind, we work half day Fridays.

The Foreman runs the shop floor and reports directly to the GM. You will manage a team of 30 construction workers of various trades. It’s your role to oversee their work, hire new staff, conduct regular reviews, and ensure that new hires are being properly trained. In addition, you are quarterbacking all the last minute changes that can occur – from a custom window arriving damaged to both your roofing guys being sick on the same day.

POSITION SUMMARY 

• Background in construction. 
• Ability to manage an indoor production facility building Tiny Houses. 
• High mechanical aptitude required. 
• Mechanical design experience a plus. 
• Ability to lead a team of 30 plus construction workers of various trades. 
• Proven history of meeting production timelines. 
• CNC router experience a plus.

SALARY RANGE: $55,000-$60,000 plus performance bonuses.
