Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in business or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience : At least five (5) years in sales experience required. Experience in the Waterworks or Construction industries and/or Distribution sales is preferred but not required.
- Supervision : Proven experience in supervising and managing a sales team.
- Skills : Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Leadership : Motivational leader who is enthusiastic, positive, and possesses a high level of energy.
- Technical Skills : Strong computer literacy.
- Travel : Extensive travel required (estimated at 60%) to meet customers, attend trade functions, and conduct market research.
