This position will report to the Production Supervisor, and be responsible for assembling activities related to the production line. RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities listed describe the general nature and level of work expected of a person assigned to this position.     • Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing - Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications - Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change - Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping - High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety - Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department - Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned Qualification: - Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications - Ability to read blueprints and/or standard work instructions - Previous brazing, wiring, or operational run testing experience required - Solid mechanical background required - Ability to read blueprints, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments
