Job Description
Provide executive leadership to assigned locations towards the development of plans and strategies for continually improving safety, quality, customer relationships, productivity and financial success. Provide leadership through continual employee development, equipment utilization and facilities/systems improvement in all functions. Monitor progress and create action plans as necessary in order to achieve strategic plans, budgets and corporate goals.

The national pay range for this role is $155,100.00 to $248,200.00/year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
