    Job Description

    We are seeking highly motivated new college grades or experienced engineers to join our process integration team to work on 3D NAND memory technology with the assistant of mechanical simulation. In this position, you will have opportunities to work alongside with some of the best process/process integration/TCAD/device/design experts in the industry to develop future memory technology. You will utilize mechanical simulation tool to address process integration issues, to provide guidance for semiconductor process development, integration strategy, 3D NAND architecture design, etc. for future 3D NAND and beyond.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • This position requires a Ph.D. degree from Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Candidates with a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant industrial experience will also be considered.
    • The candidate needs to have deep knowledge in one or more of following areas: computational solid mechanics (preferred), experimental solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, or thermal conduction. The candidate must have experience on ANSYS simulation of Mechanical, or fluid dynamics, or thermal.
    • The ideal individual should have strong programming skills (Python or others), knowledge in statistical methods for experimental design and data analysis, and knowledge on machine learning.
    • Knowledge of advanced semiconductor processing technologies, and/or prior working experience in semiconductor industry is highly desired.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Working knowledge in Japanese language is a plus.
